I WAS A RESIDENT FOR TWO YEARS AND I REALLY HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS, BUT THE BUILDING I WAS IN WAS TERRIBLE AS FAR AS ALL THE KIDS HANGING OUT IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING EVERYDAY AND NIGHT MAKING TO MUCH DAMN NOISE, AND WITH NO HELP FROM THE MAIN OFFICE THIS CONTINUES. I LEFT BACK IN JULY 1ST, ONLY TO RECENTLY FINDING MYSELF NEEDING TO GO BACK. NOW WHEN I PUT THE APPLICATION IN MY SAME APARTMENT WAS AVAILABLE AND I WAS TOLD SOMEONE MOVED IN ONLY TO LEAVE OUT IN 2WEEKS, SHE COMPLAINED OF CONTINOUS DRUG ACTIVITY IN THE BUILDING. BUT ANYWAYS WHEN I LEFT I DID THE WALK THRU WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THE UNIT WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION EXCEPT 2 BURN MARKS IN THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DOOR WHERE I USED TO BURN INSCENTS TO KEEP THE SMELL FROM THE HALLWAY OUT. I RECIEVED A PARTIAL DEPOSIT BACK AND 2 WEEKS RECIEVED ANOTHER CHECK FOR A REFERRAL TO THE COMPLEX. NOW THEY TELL ME IT'S A RULE THEY CAN'T RE-RENT TO A TENANT THAT HAD PRIOR DAMAGES BIG OR SMALL IN WHIC I PAID FOR WITH MY OWN MONIES AND STILL RECIEVED A REFUND, THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY FLAWLESS RENTAL HISTORY DATING BACK TO 1999, OVER TWO BURN MARKS IN THE CARPET HOW PETTY IS THAT. SO THERE WILLING TO LOSE AN EXCELLENT TENANT WHOM WAS NEVER LATE, NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS, SENT TWO REFERRALS TO THE COMMUNITY, OVER $174.00 OF MY OWN DEPOSIT OUT OF $250.00, WHEN THERE GETTING ALMOST $10,000.00 BACK. SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST ON WHO YOU DEAL WITH AS A RENTAL COMPANY.
