It really sucks

My fiance & I have lived there for about 3 yrs ........ I have never seen a roach in my building. But the kids play craps & smoke weed in the halls & on the fronts & leave there trash behind them...... These kids come from other buildings...... I have never feared for my safety even though my apartment has been broken into once.
The parking here is bad, there are not laundry facilities in every building..... & The Management is sorry
On the good side, rent is lower then most places & all utilities are included.... They are building a Giant (grocery store) right next to the complex...... & the Metro bus comes in front of the building
ADVICE....... LOOK at the building & surroundings of the apartment you are moving into & ask questions from the RESIDENTS as the people in office are in the SALES buisness
