When I first moved in I was on special that was great. I collected a check for telling 2 people to move in that did. I really took my time before moving in so I knew what I was getting myself into. I talked to a couple people that lived there. I came around at day and night. Weekends. I sat in my car for about an hour one night just looking at how the flow was. I saw young guys outside hanging not really loud and not in the front of the buildings. Mostly on the side in one area. I was told about too apartments one close to the front and one towards the back. While in the office I ran into someone that lived in one of the buildings in which I was applying for. I moved in that building. At one point of time of my 2 1/2 years here young people where hanging on my front smoking weed and playing craps. I asked them nicely to not do that at my building. Since then nothing of that kind of activity has happen. I havent had any issue that maintance didn't take care of. I could us another vistor pass. The tow man don't play. Last and really only bad. My building had 4 people move out with in two months. I now after 2 1/2 years for the first time have unwanted guest.(roaches)We have all talked as the pass month went by and play to have maintance bomb and were al going to do the same. Working together. All in all. The apartment is great size the walls are not thin I always have a nice parking spot. There's more then 5 food store places to shop in less then 3miles. 2 malls in less then 5miles. 495 & 395 are super close. It's a good amount for the size and the area. It's not bowie stop expecting everything to smell like flowers. It's District Heights. It's nice.

Their maintenance sucks they are a bunch of drunks & druggies that's why they can't do they're job so I guess you are just one of the lucky ones
