I have been living here for about 10 years and the living is really not bad if you don't mind band-aids for problem fixing. It is really nice if you don't like to enjoy yourself with a refreshing swim after a long hard day at the office. It is also really, really nice if you don't have children because then you won't have to find them something to do. I don't understand what is going on now that the resident manager has changed, things were not perfect but you could get an honest answer about issues and not a bunch of misdirection. These are pretty nice size places and the rent is reasonable but with all that is being paid you would think you would have windows that don't let air out or cold in and a swimming pool and perhaps something for children to do. We the parents pay rent but there should be something for the children to do besides watch the maintenance man and wait for him to blow up on someone or worse.

I have lived here for 15 years; I???m single and enjoy it. Sometimes people think they can get a free ride by paying rent late and kids breaking stuff all the time. Personally if you have issues with an apartment complex if you can afford buy a house and live by your own rules.
I wish they would make it into adults only, people don???t realize that there children are bad and LOUD.

once again "I can Tell" you sound so ignorant. Things get broken, not only by kids, thats what the maintenance man is there for!!! you expect to live in a child free world? then maybe you should get a house, if you can afford one, and live all alone until the day you die- all alone!!! BASICALLY, its not a retirement home, and if they dont want kids there then it should be made known before parents sign the lease... I bet they dont have a problem excepting our rent weather its on time or late!!! you need to get a life!!!! Realize that kids playing and having fun is a part of life - DEAL WITH IT!

I think that it is crazy how things turned out around here. When I first moved around here I was told that we had night security, well I have not seen a security guard since I moved here. I would be embarrassed to say that I have live in an apartment for ten or fifteen years!!! It seems as if you need to go and purchase a house or a condo. I have not witness any irate or "bad" children around here. I agree with Ebbjnyah, this is not a retirement home and children are going to be children.
It is more important issues happening around here such as: fixing cars when it is not suppose to be premitted, handwritten notices from management team, half work repairs, rude maintanence man, just to name a few. The children are not the issue because they do not really come outside. Before someone respond to me stated that I can move if I am not satisfied, well please believe that I will not be here for five, ten, or fifteen years. I am saving for my house and that is why I am here.
Sincerely a short term tenant.
