Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
I lived their from 2000-2006 for the area the apartments are well keep and property keep clean no roaches. They do need to do some upgrades because apts are old but other than that it's quiet and peacefull. There are a couple of residents who live thier for ever and a day so they all in your business and i hear the new manager is a trip as for the mantance man he is in every bodies business so if u doing something u don't want any one to know don't do it thier. Overall it's a nice place to stay no one hanging out in front buildings no break-ins clean area.
