I agree wholeheartedly with every single comment about the maintenance man. My apartment is literally falling apart before my eyes. And there are definitely people that live here that have lived here for 30 years or more and they think they own the d*mn place!!! I'm sick of complaints and I'm sick of the rudeness that I see every single day from "Ronnie"!!!!!!!!!!Someone really needs to do something because there is definitely alot of discrimination that goes on within this complex. And who is that little old man that walks around the complex like he's security''''' I heard that he's just a tenant with nothing better to do that mind other people's business as well.

And what about the fact that they don't like children about here!?! There is nothing for the children to do around here. They took the hoops off the basketball courts down and the pool is covered. Children cannot even ride their bikes better yet, play outside without old farts bothering them!!! A couple of weeks ago, I witnessed at least 3 different people yell at a child for riding a bike. These weren't even people of management!!! People need to mind their own business and stop treating people like they are second class citizens just because they have children!! This ---- is ridiculous!! All I know is that they better not say anything to mine. There will be hell to pay!!

i agree with alot of want is being stated. i've lived here for 20 years. Am i proud of it no. I've seen alot of changes. Ronnie is really a nice guy, he see's thing that make him made, and he is a type of guy who will speak his mind. I agree it's not proper and wrong. as for the little old man paul, sometime he is asked to be nosy. He does try to help alot of people, if asked he will help you with anything. For instance, if you are sick, he will take your trash out for you. If you are at work and a package gets delivered he will sign for it and hold it till you get home. Paul is really a nice guy. Now as for mrs chase. Mrs chase is nice, but she is very lazy. You don't see her anywhere. Most of the tiome she's not in the office, she in her apartment doing what ever, not her job I know that. she never home, always going out. Her and her husband have 4 cars, i repeat 4 cars. and 3 of them are parked in the rear of there apartment. there is a handi cap spot in the fourth space. Should the handicap space be close to the building entrance, yes but ther cars are parked in the first three spaces, so the person with the handicap pass has to walk further. Just does not make sense. So what i'm saying is yes there are problems, that need to be addressed. This complex needs someone that knows how to manage. Mrs chase has no experience whats so ever. She has never worked for an apartment complex before. Thats why there are problems. Did anyone noticed the order the windows were installed. her building was one of the first. The christmas ordiments stayed on her patio until april, deflatted and in the corner. Never in the office. favortisum to certain people, her friends that live here ie daughter. Who probly does'nt pay rent on time. Try complaining about people who use the laundry rooms. They leave there close in the washer or dryer and you have to wait. some times there are close in there for 1 to 2 days, do you agree. if you do get a responce see what kind of an answer you get. Please keep in mind, this is really a nice place to live, it's just how it's ran.... Very poor management... LAZY!!!!!!!!!Wants the money but not the work that goes with it...............Thank You for your time........
