First let me state that their is a racial issue going on within the complex. Racist is racist (enough said!) RONNIE the so called maintenance man likes to cause trouble if your not apart of the SPANISH VILLAGE CLICK that recieves special priliveges. This is a beautiful property has so much potential, BUT were are the upgrades that are so desperatly needed. Rent is continously going up every year but we have no amenities to validate the growing cost to live here. Secondly, the mangament of the property needs to address the little old man that likes to be an annoyancce to everyone by following you around as if we "rent paying tenants" are children that needs to be monitored 24 hours a day! (Will walk right up to you and stand there and stare you in your face)! TO me the parking is getting out of hand! I thought that everyone had to have a Spanish Village stick in their window in order to park. Hell oftern I have to park almost at the entrance, and WHY are they so many police parking spaces in the complex, often the police are parking in the none marked spaces. Finally! For some of you that are a little harsh on the new management team please give them time to adjust to the many years of nonsense that has taken place at Spanish Viallage over the years!!! I truely believe she is trying her best to do her best!!! BUT BE WARNED IF YOU GO AGAINST THE GAIN HERE AS FAR AS RONNIE AND COMPANY THEY WILL GET YOU EVICTED.

I agree with everything that you wrote. Those are my thoughts exactly!!! This is ridiculous. Someone really has to do something about this place. We should not be a part of the "Spanish Village Click" to get proper service or to be respected!!! I am sick of this mess and before I leave, I will make sure that something gets done about the way they treat people.
