I live in the very front and have no problems -- no bugs (if any very few), no loitering, however, over the weekend you may see some garbage on the ground. I?ve never had to go in the very back, I'm unsure about that. Nonetheless, I do have a complaint about maintenance -- they are a little slow. I had to call the Mgmt Company a few times to make them jump. Also, parking is atrocious. I would recommend this apartment only if you are working on a low budget. You can't pay in the $700 range for 2bedrooms and expect miracles.
