Like someone said before you get what you pay for. The Management is stupid and Bill Ewing is a dumb ass and needs to get sued. The Rental Office is full of it when it comes to parking passes but besides that if you don't need to go to the rental office for anything you will be fine. Mind your buisness your apartment is what you make it. There are always alot of people hanging out everywhere and most of them don't even live there but they are polite they will open the door for you or move if they are not is a good parking spaces left. My boyfriend and I have lived there for almost a year now I am not renewing my lease because I want a better living enviorment but I must admit Valleybrook served its purpose. It is very affordable
