You get what you pay for at Valleybrook Apartments. The Staff is terrible and the management company is nasty as hell. Everytime it rains I find a different leak. I have woke up to a puddle in my kitchen, Came home to a puddle in my bathroom, Brown spots from leakage on my ceilings. I am disgusted with this place. I am ready to move out of this hell hole. They have an emergency number that is disconnected. This place does not help you at all. The management company wont return your phone calls. I can go on on on. But hey just believe me it's not worth it.
