I moved to Valleybrook and had done everything right. I went by the place at night, done a thorough inspection of the place, read on-line reviews. So I thought I was getting a really great deal. Then management changed. And believe me-most people in the complex took notice. Don't get me wrong-the management is nice but they are way over their heads when it comes to thier job.

1. Loitering/Safety
There are no loitering signs posted all over the damn property. But once 5:45 and management clears out. The neighborhood fools come out. They stand in the hallways smoking and drinking till all hours of the night. They then bring out their pitbulls and walk around the property. These morons even litter all in the lawn and parking lots. The neightborhood kids make trouble they have knocked down both vallybrook signs and spayed grafetti on the property-it has yet to be cleaned up. Lighting is okay but has a tendency to go out. I have heard shots on several occasions around the property. I also have yet to see the cop that lives on the propery.

2. Maintence
Maintence is done as best it can-but they guy can only do but so much especially if he never recieves the orders. If the people in the rental office never give him the ---- then it never gets done-im still waiting on repairs from when i first moved in. The guy who paints is another ball game-I have peeling paint, splotches on my fridge, bathroom tile-and they painted my apartment prior to my moving in.

3. Management
Like I said are way in over their heads. I heard and expeirienced cases where payments become lost-then after you contact the regional office to have your court case dismissed(they take to to court after five days-no one has ---- to say to you not even a damn apology.) They keep hiring these damn temps who have NO office skills and are rude-and do you think that I am going to let them process my rent payment-lol. Additonally, they make obtaining parking passes difficult-if your car is not registered in the state of maryland and you have more than two-per household your ---- outta luck. Getting them is a pain-management will tell you to park on some damn side road.

Construction:
The structure is pretty sound however the walls are very thin. I can often hear my neighbors downstairs. I work early int the morning and late nights-and i am often being kept up by their --------. They also have a bit of a bug problem-it is not uncommon to see roaches running to and fro under peoples door, waterbugs all over the front door and laundry room. And to see something move once you turn on the lights in your kitchen-no matter how damn clean you are.

I would like to say that my neighbor apartment was broken into last month and someone used a key to enter into her apartment. I believe that maintenance really had something to do with it because when she said it I didn't believe her but now I do. Rodney(maintenance guy) lives next door to her and I was told that maintenance people can get an key to your apartment at anytime of the day and night. Well when she was accusing the maintenance guy along with the police saying that her apartment breakin was an inside job I didn't believe neither one but now I do. 2102 Bldg. never had any break-ins or problems until Rodney(maintenance guy) moved into the building and has a friend that comes and go also. There have been different males knocking at the door late at night coming and going. I truly believe that maintenance had something to do with it but now I am saying that Rodney(maintenance guy) did have something to do with the robbery. Please whatever you do don't let anyone know your business around there because that's what that young lady did and it back fired on her and if she is reading this or whenever she reads this please forgive me for going against your gut feelings. I do believe that Rodney had something to do with this and he had other people helping him to take the belongings out of a resident apartment. I deeply apologize! Rodeny is suppose to be a maintenance worker but he washes his car in the parking lot plays his music loud socialize with residents when he is suppose to be working and he also tells residents business like when they are suppose to be evicted and he also had something to do with the young lady leaving from the rental office because residents wanted to fight her. Rodney you are a thief and trouble maker that need to be away from Valleybrooke then maybe it can go back to the way it was. Danielle please get your brother away from here and stop letting him do what he wants to do and get on other people when they are doing wrong. Oh Yeah Rodney, I am going to the police because when you broke into that apartment 2102 #203 you had help and now that I am mad at your help I am going to the police to let them know that you did go into that apartment with help and that the apartment that you are suppose to be living in has drugs selling in there. Watch who you have helping you to steal other people property

No1. This is slander! No2. Not only does maintenance have access to the keys, the office manager, the property manager the boyfriend (whom is a suspect), a friend/neighbor in the same bldg and her daughter. No3. This woman is A JOKE! and involved with a guy who is envoled with other women. Since I have been at Valleybrooke it has been nothing but trouble. She has had her tires flatten more than once, she has to park her lexus around the corner so that they won't bother it. Tires where stolen off her balcony, and they left a note on her balcony door while she was out of town; not mention NO ONE knew she was gone but her boyfriend, daughter and neighbor/friend. Her and her daughter was assulted by some women while out of town. She has had a monitoring device installed in the hallway of her bldg because these women were gluing her door locks. She has had dead mice placed on her car as well as notes threatening her. Rodney as been employeed by this company for more than 5 years and NEVER has a tenants apt been broken into while he was at that property. When this woman first talked to the police she indicated that her then boyfriend and the office manager had something to do with it. But when nothing was done or at least to her satisfaction, she then said it was maintenance and the office manager. If you check the theft history of VB staff you will find that this has never happen while they were here or at any other property.
