I have lived in Woodland Springs for 6 years. However, this is my last year at the apartment complex. When I first moved into the neighborhood in 96' it was quiet and nice, now in 03' BEWARE! I transferred to a new apartment in 99' and "all H-ll broke out." My neighbor across the hall is getto fab. I have never seen 1 person have so much company, this person does not have a JOB but can keep a house full of company any day and for any occassion. Then I have my neighbor over my head who has a small child and that's noise over my head all night long. The child goes to bed I guess whenever he finally get tired. So I'm getting it from both directions, plus, I'm on the bottom floor so my apartment get alot of the outside bugs (ie: millipeades). The walls are too thin, and the people in the rental office are rude and stuck up. The rental office have sent out plenty of notices about people being robbed and assulted in the neighborhood, plus cars are constantly being stolen. Please think about it long and hard before you decide to make Woodland Springs your place to live. It is not safe, there are too many section 8 people and you know section 8 mean GETTO and it is not worth the $$. TRUST ME! I am moving this month. This is not to slander the property but everyone should be informed.
