Keep Out Unless You Like the Ghetto!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Too much to say!! It's like the projects!! Everywhere is a hangout spot, the staircase, the bus stops, the laundry rooms, the porch. Very unprofessional staff that treats everyone like they're on Section 8 which was not the case for me. Too many random inspections. After which some of my belongings have disappeared. It doesn't matter what time you come home or what the temperature is outside (20 below), you're guaranteed to have someone hanging out. Paper thin walls, I could name my neighbors children, tell you what time they get out of bed, what time they took showers, what time the phone rang. You hear everything like what room they left out of and what room they walked into. NO SPACE, I could be sitting on my living room sofa and simply reach behind me to place a drink on my dining room table.
