i have lived at the community for a few years. it's not because i like it, it's because the rent is less expensive than the surrounding apartment communities and i refuse to move to another apartment, i'm preparing myself to buy a house. i do not have problems in my building. I'm blessed to have a quiet building. all of us in the building just pretty much come and go. the walls are definitely thin. you hear EVERYTHING. the parking is terrible, especially on the weekends. it could be better if people would park inside the line instead of taking up two spaces as well as some residents have more than one car. (living in a subsidised apt. huh!).

apartment inspections are done too frequent. once your lease is up you cannot go month-to-month, you must go through another re-certification process and sign another 1 year lease. the buildings are cleaned daily and the lawin is well kept. pest control has definitely never been a problem.it's ok to live here depending on what building you are in.
