Okay! I recommend with Caution! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I was there for almost 3 years. The upkeep was great when the kids and teenagers didnt leave all of their trash in front of your building. I was blessed to have alot of spaces in front of my building and they didnt tow unless tags are dead. Most of the units are pretty small. The walls are thin so you hear when people come home and walk around etc....But the apartments are in good condition no roaches or rodents. But on another note the management sucks. The have one of the highest turn-over rates I have ever seen. Every week they have a new leasing consultant. The old property manager was okay. But I don't know about the one they have now.. Oh and they lose your rent. One month I payed my rent on time by placing it in an envelope with my name and address clearly printed on it but forgot to sign the money order. Instead of someone calling me in they send me a court notice''' What happened to the late notice first. I called them and went off. They even had the nerve to tell me I was still responsible for late fees even though they had the rent. I knew it was time for me to go. Which I did. This wasnt the first time my money orders dissappeared and had to be cancelled. So if your thinking about moving there make sure you hand deliver your rent and get a receipt. They also get over. I moved into the smallest two bedroom they had available. A few months later I went on the transfer waiting list for a larger unit. When it came through they charged me a whole months rent to transfer plus the first month's rent to''''WTF Keep in mind I was already a tenant....Just a few things for you to keep in mind. Oh and they have been having a string of robberies (outside your building and bus stops) lately...I know almost everywhere does.
