This Place Sucks

In one month I would have lived here for a year, and it could not come any sooner. It was a terrible experience for someone on their own for the first time. The rental office staff changes like the weather, you talk to a person one day, the next day their gone, ignorent section 8 negighbor's who don't work and make unnessary noise all night, they don't work(hince section 8), but they find time to run arround their apt's full speed, blast thier radio's with no concern of the people who have real jobs. You can litteraly hear what they are watching on TV, their childerns names, when they use the restroom, even when they are having sex. This is totally unexceptable. There is no point in complaing to the rental office because they cater to people on section 8. There is also no point in contacting the police( District Heights) because their advice is always " ask the rental office if you could be relocated". Now is that a place you would want to call home' I wouldn't recomend this place to a homeless person, even if their rent was FREE!!!
