I lived here in 2001-2002, I lived in the front, 3 buildings down from the Rent Office. It was a good starter place, not a permanent residence. It was quiet (some of the time), but walls are VERY, VERY thin! We were awakened late at night from arguments, sex noise and more. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will be moving back in April for one more year til my house is built.
