I lived here from 2004 up until Feb. of 2006. I had a good experience here. My apartment was one of the top best ones I have lived in ever in PG county. Even though the leasing staff changed a lot in the little time I was there....I didn't deal with disrespectful staff at all. When I needed maintenance, I had it. When there was any kind of scheduled maintenance that need to be done, there were memeos sent out with at least week notice for the tenants. My apartment was a huge very well kept apartment. And when you respect what's yours..it will remain that way. I never worried about roaches & never saw one in my place for the 2 1/2 years I was there. All I had was spiders & I rather have them then roaches. I didn't have to worry about a whole bunch of kids or thugs hanging in front or in my building. Never worried about trash in the hall ways or in front of the buildings. My self & the people in my building kept our building clean. Landscapers were always in the community doing their thing & making the community presentable. i highly recommend that if you are a respectable person & want a comfortable palce for living then this place could be it. I also lived directly across from the rental office where majority older people lived, so I loved it. There was no drama & the police made a well know presence by patroling the area constantly. I actually felt safe to sit out side on the stoop at night without being in fear I was going to be robbed or shot at. Can't say that about too many place in PG county.....now can you''''

You are not allowed to sit outside the rental office said you have to go to the playground area just to sit and enjoyed the outside weather!

why would you want to sit in front of any building ghettofying teh whole scene...ppl like this is why areas go down.. iv liked in this spot for 1 year and only moved becuse i went over the income cap...i have live in another more expensive apartment that had GREAT reviews but i would move back here if i culd,...no gun shot ina da air. no roaches..i did have a small ant issue but my overall expericnce was great. Except for the very rude staff.
