I have been living aroung woodland springs since 2003 and it was ok when i first moved around there. I live right on the strip and i have been asking the rental office to transfer me but they would not. They allow any and everybody to move around here. The doors on the buildings stay broke and they smoke weed all outside around the Childern. There have been several killings in the neighborhood since i been there. I do not allow my childern to go outside and if they do go outside im with them at all times. The parents let there kids do anything they want to do. It's like they dont want to be bother by them so they push them outside. The childern and teens are disrepectful and nasty the hallways in the buildings stay dirty and they throw trash around outside. The traffic in certains building are crazy and they are loud in the hallways especially at night when people are trying to sleep. In the middle of the night they shoot there guns and blow up trash cans, mail boxes it is horrible. We no longer have a blue mail box in front of my building because they blew it up with fireworks. All the mail that was in the mailbox was burned up and i had some mail in there as well when that had happen. Im finally moving and putting my daughter into a better school. They have changed mangement in the leasing office like everyday year and they are so unprofessional. The maintenance men do have ass jobs and the walls are thin you can hear other people conversation. The only reason why I stayed there so long was because it was convenient for me because i have my mother right around the corner and the metro is close as well. Once i leave i would never come back because it is not a good place to live. They have a nerve to keep going up on rent in the ghetto. I should have just moved around Southeast if I wanted to live in the ghetto. What Woodland Springs is the Ghetto. LOL

I could never understand if the properties are so bad why don't people just move. If the property is that bad why would you want to transfer and why did you stay that long for convenience? If my safety was at risk, maintenance was terrible and staff unprofessional I would have packed my bags as soon as it started going down hill but I guess that's just me.
