Let me just say that it took over a month to get my leaky cieling fixed. After a nice heavy down pour, and being on the 3rd floor, I had water in my living room and bedroom. After complaining for a week and mold growing, someone finally came to look at it. They told me they fixed the problem, only to find that during the next rain storm, everything started leaking again. I asked to be moved and was told the problem would be fixed. I feel sorry for the suckers that moved in after I left!!
