I looked at several places in Eastern / Southeastern Baltimore County, and I found that Charlesmont stood out for the professionalism and for the price. I agree with the review from March about the office staff. Every time I've gone to the management office, the employees have been very helpful, and specifically one of the leasing agents - Ms. Taylor - has always been extraordinarily kind. This was a big factor in my moving here. The tenants in my building have been friendly and I can park right in front of my building, or in a close parking lot. The location of the community is convenient to many parts of Baltimore. I have only had one maintenance problem to report and it was fixed promptly. I definitely recommend the Charlesmont apartment community.

Puh-lease! The management in this place is a joke! They sit in their pretty little rental office all day, but have they actually looked at these ghetto apartments???? I want to know if they'd actually live here. I seriously doubt it.

Actually, I do live here, I am not an employee, and it's not a joke. I've been here a year and a half, and I would still say the same thing. I had a problem with my heat and maintenance replaced several parts of the furnace the next day. I don't have occasion to be in the management office much, but they're kind enough when I am there. And parking is still available. If you want a downside, the walls are thin, but you'll find that in probably most apartments.
