I live here and am looking to move closer to DC only because I work there.

I find that Charlesmont is a very good place to live for the rent.

The area is safe and as a young woman, I do not feel threatened or paranoid leaving or entering my home late at night.

I know all of my neighbors and it really depends on where you live and your relationship with your neighbors.

I don't need much from the leasing office.

But, I do live near a maintenance worker and I can always go straight to him if I need anything.

I did have a roach problem for a short period of time, and I also had baby mice.

That was all taken care of by myself.

I did not beg the leasing office for help (although they did come and spray after the first call).

I've lived here for 3 years and am completely happy and somewhat saddened to move....
