We thought it was decent enough for the first year, but had to stay longer for financial reasons. The good thing is they are remodeling each apartment as people move out, but that doesn't help the long term tenants. Kitchens and bathrooms were falling apart (couldn't even close the cupboards and everything metal was just rusting away), ceilings keep leaking in various spots even after the roof gets patched up.

The rent started at $450 per month and if you look at their website now it says $590. They just raised it to $570 a few months ago so they like to do a twice a year increase. They only paint the steps every couple of years and not well. Winter takes chunks out of the cement too so beware. The laundry rooms are disgusting. Floor was stupidly painted a few years ago and been chipping up ever since. Each building has 4 laundry machines but you can't run all 4 at once (power cuts off). If this is after 5pm or the weekend it is hellish to get anyone there to reset the switch, but they DON'T post this anywhere so you are left to flounder if you don't know just how to run their machines.

Up until the last year or so they never had full time maintenance on site. Except for an absolute emergency you were left waiting on a repair for 2-3 weeks. Even now they could suddenly need the guy to be at another site for a couple days (or have him pulling weeds at their rental office)and you are left in the lurch.

While it served its purpose I'm glad to be free of the place. It's nothing but that company's cash cow. I'm hoping for less hair pulling where I live now.
