Its not what you would hope for

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1999
 
I had lived there about 5 yrs in total. There is a semi good staff working there, one in particular with a very bad attitude.Things never got taken care of in my apartment, I had the worst neighbor in the world who had traffic coming and going all of the time, and management wouldnt do anything about it. Thats just how it is, is what I was always told.
