Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I've lived here for almost a year. I've never had a problem with anyone in the office. Of course, I only go there to pay my rent (which isn't expensive at all), so not too many words are exchanged. I pay $420 a month which includes gas, electric, hot water, and heat. I've only had to call maintenance once for my bathroom sink. (it just wouldn't stop dripping). They came and fixed it within the day. You couldn't find another apartment this cheap anywhere in Baltimore.
