This is actually kind of in response to the last post...and anyone else who has this problem. The first thing I did was buy steel wool and plug it into every hole I could find. I've not seen a mouse in TWO YEARS. They can't chew through it. Haven't managed to get rid of the roaches yet so I can't help you there.
Heaven help you if you need maintenance. It took SIX WEEKS of complaints, phone calls & pictures to get them to come out and fix the bathroom wall & ceiling over my bath tub and wall light. They kept telling me the upstairs had to be fixed first but I was on vacation and at home the day they came and fixed that...two weeks prior.
