Poor maintenance, noisy neighbors...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
The security door in our apartment has been broken for more than a month, and homeless guys can sleep in our hallway at any time. We have to call 911 many times. It feels very unsecure. Management people did not do anything until we throw a letter to our lawyer...Some neighbors are friendly, but some are very rude and very noisy, who watch TV at 2-3am!!
