The rent is cheap and the size of the apts are better than alot of the more expensive places. Utilities are included but no dishwasher or laundry. Our fridge and stove are new which surprised me. Parking is on the street so good luck finding a spot. Neighbors are a mixed bag of decent and not so decent people but we pretty much keep to ourselves and haven't had any problems so far. The buildings are very old. Sometimes we can feel the walls shaking from the neighbors upstairs moving around. The really bad thing are the mice and cockroaches who already lived here before we moved in! It's tolerable if you can't afford a $1000 apt. in the nicer areas around Baltimore or don't want to live in the cheaper downtown (Baltimore)places. We definately are moving out of this place as soon as we save up enough money!
