Do not move to three garden village

I rent a town home from three garden village and it sux the walls dont hold a nail,The Maintenance is ------,my back door is worping do to the fact that i have no windows in my screen door so if it rains i get all the h2o in my kitchen,Thay will do nothing fast around hear but if your late on a payment thay are fast to send you a late bill.This place is not worth the $800 thay are asking this place is worth around $500 and thats if thay stock your food in the fridg.
