ok as far as the other comments i have read i wanted to defend 3 garden yes 3g isnt perfect but whare is. as far as noisey neighbors how can anyone really control what someone else does' if your neighbors are too much for you ask for another apt. as far as roaches i have never seen one, and if you do they offer free xtermination if you call the office. as far as mice yes i have seen one or two but field mice look for shelter in winter and 3g has lots of fields and medows and grounds get a cat! they are allowed brorrow some one elses cat there are plenty in the complex. as far as the apts being 80 yrs old no they were built in the 60"s. yes it is occasioaly drafty becuse the windows are old, buy a small space heater gas and elec is included in your rent. as far as maintance most small things we just fix ourselves blown fuse broken door knob whatever but when the bathroom had to be totaly redone becuse downstairs was leaking they fixed everything in 2 days if you want top of the line then go somwhare else and pay top of the line money but as for us living here has allowed us to save money for a house and not have to send our son to city school to do it. we love 3g and will be sad to go when we move to our house this year.

I know you can't control the neighbors, but the walls are thin as paper. You can hear everything that goes on, whether the neighbors are noisy or not. I never had a problem with mice though or leaks, but we had a cabinet that was broke off for three years and they never fixed it despite looking at it about 6 times. On a good note, they did replace our broken refrigerator immediately. I have a lot of bad things to say about this place, but most of them are related to the quality of the buildings (and parking). But everyone I talked to in the management or in maintenance was friendly and at least pretended to be helpful, even if they didn't fix some things. And yes, it did enable me to live above my means for a little while since the rent is lower than most, but still you get what you pay for, and if you have the money spend it elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

I just moved in and I have alot of compliants. They charge $865 a month and my place looks like the ghetto. First of all my refrigerator was not new and it has dents and dings. The cabinets in the kitchen are old as dirt. When I got in the shower the water fills all the way to ur knees and it takes hours to go down. My door knobs on the front door is stripped so u have to jam the key in it. They didn't let me see the shack before I moved in. They kept saying it wasn't gonna be ready until move in day. The model looks nothing like the apartments. Had i would have know i definately would have took my money some place else.
