Mostly quiet neighborhood Except on July 4th and New Years, but i guess that's everywhere else during the holidays. Maintenance request are handled in a speedy fashion. Roaches appear only when kitchen is a mess, then I just call the office to have an exterminator come in.

Great Place I lived there for two years, never saw a roach, rodent or anything. The staff is very professional and when ever I put in a maintenance request it was addressed with in 24hrs. Did I mention how friendly and courteous the staff made me feel. Grounds were nice.
