I have lived here for over five years and have found Chatham Village to be a wonderful complex. The property manager is always extremely nice and never fails to help the tenants in every way possible. The maintenance is superb. Will typically address problems within hours of being notified. Chatham is beautifully landscaped and maintained meticulously. As for the negative review, it perfectly illustrates why these rating sites should be utilized cautiously. Read the review. The writer indicates that they never lived here and moved into the Greens instead yet proceeds to rate management and maintenance negatively as if they had resided here and had been disappointed. I can assure you that what they relate is far from the truth. I can only presume that they were turned down for an apartment here and were disgruntled. Just another sad, lonely individual who is looking to anonymously attack someone for no good reason. Chatham Village is beautiful
