It's astounding that Chatham got so many good reviews... but look at 10/20/2007 and you'll see FOUR 5 star reviews in the same day... when management's writing reviews I guess that tells you something about the complex. Trash everywhere, staff never in the office, maintenance issues NEVER resolved (sink's been leaking for MONTHS). It's loud and dirty and I will definitely not be renewing my lease in June. STAY AWAY and don't be distracted by the lovely reviews written by management.
