A lot of work this summer improving the property, but a lot left to do. Parking lot lights are never on at night, making me afraid to walk around. Pool is not always open when it is supposed to be. Maintainence will come if you keep on them, but they will not finish projects (I have had drywall falling off my ceiling for almost 1 1/2 yrs). They come around and check for bugs twice a year, only problems we have are little ants in the house. Potholes all over, they are supposed to be filled in soon. Nice at the front office. Rent is high compared to others, but there were openings. Water bill has doubled last three months, for no reason. Appliances are old, but when you break them, they are replaced!
