When we moved in we were given a different apartment than what we originally signed a lease for. ( NO biggie ) once we got in the apartment the oven did not work properly. When management was informed about the situation, it took three days to have someone come out. When the ONE matenience man that they have came out, he said that the oven worked fine. which it did not. so he had to come out again. Finally they put a stove from another apartment in ours after a week of going back and fourth. Then our washer started to leak. It took 3 days to have this problem fixed. Since then our air condition has been broken, and they do spray the aparements for insects, but only after you say that you have seen bugs do you get put on the exterminater list. They are not very speeding when it comes to fixing things you really have to stay on top of them. I would not recomend moving to these apartments simply b/c though we haven't had any major issues yet he have had several different problems with the apartment and we have only lived in it for 3 1/2 months.
