I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, unless you enjoy having fleas and ticks as your roommates. Before I moved in, they told me they were going to "finish cleaning" the place and do some other things that needed done. When I came to move in none of it was done and the place was filthy! Couldn't even see out of the windows. I had a serious flea and tick problem. I spent hundreds of dollars to rid my poor dog of the bugs. Stray cats made their home in the crawlspace under my apartment. Birds nests decorate the roof over my patio. The staff is friendly and try their best. Oh, and the grass is always really high. Definitely check your bill because they tried to tack on extra charges at the beginning. The dryer doesn't dry properly and I had a hornet's nest in the vent. The heat/air conditioner doesn't run very efficiently. Please do not move in here.
