I've lived here for about 1 year now, and haven't had any problems with the community, my apartment nor the staff. Every time I contact the leasing office they are polite and friendly. My maintenence request were completed within 24 hours except when a part needed to be ordered, and then I was updated daily about its status. The pool is nice, the clubhouse is pretty, the grounds are kept up with. Yeah, the apartments may be a little bit more expensive then some other communities in the area however, they are larger and have updated kitchens and bathrooms which makes a world of difference, and lastly the location is great. I've lived in several apartments through out the state of Maryland and I would have to say that the Greens of Cross Court is a place I would be proud to bring friends and family home to.
