The other comments must be by the staff that work for Harford Commons. I have lived in townhomes about 4 years. I could not wait to leave. Not much storage space, other then the basement which got water proofed a couple years ago. Still wet and damp, and mildewed. Very bad spider problem!!! I had a whole in my ceiling that leaked, never got fixed. There was a bat that came in my apartment, nothing was done to see where it came from. I could see my basement from my bathroom floor. The insulation sucks!!! You can look threw the vents on floors and see basement. The closet doors ALWAYS fell off the track! Drug Infested!!!!!!!!!!!! (always a drug bust)Crime!!!!!!!!(people harboring criminals, and getting shot) One man got killed in another court running and shooting at the cops and the police shot killed him. Windows always has mildew, have to clean constantly! Have peeling paint. You have to get and pay for your own mailbox key from the postoffice. The management SUCKS!!! The maintence guy are real nice, but half do the work sometimes. Need new windows, air just flows in like the window is open. Electric is extremly high especially if you live on end townhome. Not a good place to live at all. Please reconsider moving here. People are loud, they have loud music, and nothing is done about it. The Commoms are the low income projects, and needs more then just remodeling.
