We have lived on the townhouse side of harford Commons for 2 years now. It's a very nice and good priced community. Parking is fine, we ususally get the spots right in front of our house. There are not too many places that offer 4 bedroom townhouses for under $1200 a month. So our 3 kids get their own rooms. We got lucky and have been happy here. The office staff is always friendly and the maintenance is pretty quick too.
