I haven't had many problems living here for the past 2 years. The townhouse itself is very nice...although the air conditioner doesn't cool the upstairs very well. I love the fact that there are washers and dryers in the bathroom upstairs. That is the best feature of any of the apartments that I have looked at in this price range.

The people are decent. Although my neighbors can get a little loud...it's ok because I'm sure I'm not the quietest person in the world all of the time. The biggest problem I have with them is some people taking up 4-5 parking spaces when we are alotted 2. Many many times I have come back to find both of my spaces filled and have to carry groceries in from the far parking lot.

As far as maintenance...I am very satisfied with my service. The day I called about a leaky toilet...it was looked at and then later fixed after he went to buy the needed part. He was very neat and professional and explained the problem to a not-so-savvy individual as myself in the workings of a toilet. I thought I smelled gas late one night and the maintenance man was here in about 10 minutes. He then came back after BGE was contacted and came to check things out. The sidewalks and my door are shoveled for me and salted so that I don't fall.

I did do the silly thing of locking myself out in my morning rush to get to work. I was thoroughly surprised to get any help as the leasing office doesn't open until 10...and I have to be to work at 8. Luckily...they were doing some maintenance things and I caught one of the maintenance men inside and he happily lent me a key to my townhouse. It was just luck...but hey...they are there and available at even odd hours.

I've been very satisfied with this townhouse complex. If I didn't have to move because of my job...I would probably stay here for at least another 2 years.
