Office staff is horrible. They are friendly when you are first going to rent, of course, but turn out to be rude, and very unhelpful. If your looking to get on your floaty and get a tan while cooling off in the water, this is not the place. No floatys allowed. You dont have assigned parking, so occasionally, someone else parks in your spot. For the most part, this is an average place.
