I never really had any serious problems, but it's not all it's cracked up to be. Rented to be close to work. Edgewood is a community in serious decline, and has almost nothing to offer if you aren't willing to commute through rediculous traffic. The walls are thin, crime is pretty bad. Air and heat are sketchy and LOUD. Grounds are nothing special. Noise in general is a REAL problem.
