I have lived here at Seven Oaks for 2 years. My lease is up at the end of next month. I don't want to move but with the economy, I have to move somewhere smaller and cheaper. I love the townhouse I am in, but every year the rent goes up and I just cannot afford it anymore. Maintenance is on point when you have a problem. Every problem I have had has been fixed that very day. The rental office has changed management, the one lady in there, Stacie, is nice and very helpful. The head guy is an a$$!!! The neighborhood is quiet, my only issue is when school lets out, the elementary students don't seem to understand the purpose of a sidewalk! Those little f-ers walk all in the middle of the street and look at you like you are stupid if you beep the horn! When I moved in, there were roaches dying off. I prayed and prayed that they weren't coming from my neighbors, thank God they weren't. I was told that there were like 8 people that lived in the place before I moved in (which has been confirmed, 2 years later and I am still getting mail for them)! I haven't seen a roach since. I had a small problem with ants in my kitchen but I used an old time remedy: Clean the counters with orange cleaner (Awesome Orange - $1.06 at the Dollar Store), I was told ants aren't crazy about citrus and it's true, I haven't seen them since! I love my neighbors, to the left of me is a couple, they are the quietest people you would ever want to live next to! To my left are 2 guys; they are pretty cool. I really am going to miss living here!
