Would Recommend We have lived on the townhouse side of harford Commons for 2 years now. It's a very nice and good priced community. Parking is fine, we ususally get the spots right in front of our house. There are not too many places that offer 4 bedroom townhouses for under $1200 a month.

Nice little apartment My apartment was in great shape. I only had 2 maintenance problems and both were repaired quickly. My neighbors were quiet and friendly. My only complaint is that the apartment was small. I would rent here again.

meh i've lived here with my boyfriend almost a year and we've had problems with noise and the ancient heating system. we had cold water that they couldnt fix for most of the winter. other than that, its ok i suppose.

Great Price and great features I have lived in the community for the last two months and love it. The apartments feature washer and dryer in untit, monitored alarm system, dishwasher, and microhood. All of the rooms are large and well laid out.
