There are pros to living here. I actually feel safe coming in late at night. The amenities are superb. Parking is always available and I like that the entrance to the apartments are secured.

The cons are hearing the resident above me. Everyone knows moving into an apartment you are going to hear the person upstairs, however I shouldn't have to endure every single sound. I know exactly what's happening upstairs. I can hear the upstairs neighboor pee. I can hear every little thing if you know what I mean. It's ridiculous that I am paying all this money and I have to hear everything from upstairs. The best apartment to rent is the top level apartment.
