What a dump! It has the usual thin walls so you hear your neigbors ripping ass at 3am. You hear the toilets flush to the adjoining apartments.

The "landscapers" cut the grass at 7pm when people get home from work and blow the grass all over the cars and at/into the 1st floor apartment's windows and patios.

The leasing office PERSON never answers the phone and/or is never there.

Cars have been broken into numerous times and vandalized. If you have anything larger than a motorcyle, it won't fit into the parking spaces. And if you wedge it into one, your doors will look like the surface of the moon.

There is a huge insect problem that they say they will spay for and never do.

Inside the apartment, paint was falling off in large patches from the walls and ceiling.
Light switches worked spuratically.

The freaking heating and cooling systems are a joke. Be prepared for outragious bills. Triple what they should be for apt there size.

You will have to take off work every time it snows in the winter because there is zero snow removal. The plow may come through 2 days later and push around melted snow.

There are domestic violence scenes every other night in the summer. And an ambulance is there once a week for someone fighting or trying to commit suicide.

If you can see around all of that, than try out that dump.
