You call the office to tell them. Good luck on getting them to answer. The answering machine always picks up and they never call you back. They say they will send out an exterminator and it never happens. There are huge spiders, ants, roaches every other week. The apartments are foul and so are the people living there.
And to top it off, they raised the rent so much.
