How can they ask so much for a hell hole'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
The rent is crazy for such a run down property. They are complete slumlords there. And the police are there every other night. Domestic violence, teenagers fighting all over complex. Every other night someone is being handcuffed and hauled away. Not a place I'll ever live again.
