It isn't perfect, that's for sure - but what the heck do you expect when you live in Howard County for THAT cheap people'' HELLO!! The leasing office staff has changed over at least 4 times since I have been living here.
Every maint. request I have made has been fixed quickly and neatly. I had a problem with my rent check not getting there on time (postal service' receiving staff sleeping on the job'') and the leasing manager made sure that no late fee was assessed. They were very nice about it.
My main problem has been with the tenents! Someone in my building left a burning pot on the stove and almost set the building on fire - the whole brigade of fire engines showed up, my apt. smelled like smoke for days... Also, the 'gang' type of teenagers hang out at all hours(it is next to the shopping center) WHAT DO PEOPLE EXPECT!' HELLO!
