Lived on Sandrise Court from March 2001 until Jan 2003. I really liked living there the first year. The rent began to go up a little bit too much to pay (for a one bedroom ground floor apartment). Living there was close to EVERYTHING!!! After the second year of my lease began, some less desirable people began to move in (Drinking on the parking lot, making noise all hours of the day and night.)I still loved living there. The good outweighed the bad. Closet in the bedroom was HUGE! I see the rent is close to $1000 a month (even for a one bedroom). That's a little high for a single guy but a couple would find its just right. Could have used more storage space though, but it wasnt a big deal for me.
BWI air traffic was a little loud early in the morning, but i like planes, so i wasn't bothered.
I would recommend Orchard Club if asked.
